Flavor Flav’s former business partner has filed a police report against the rapper … claiming Flav cut him out of a MAJOR fried chicken deal and swindled him out of a $30,000 check … TMZ has learned.

The man who filed the report is Tommy Karas — who claims he wrangled up investors for Flav’s Las Vegas fried chicken project back in April and was supposed to handle the money for the deal.

According to the report, Flav went behind Tommy’s back — telling the investors HE was the money man … and even getting them to send him a $30,000 investment … cutting Tommy out of the deal altogether.

Tommy filed a report with the Las Vegas Metro PD — but law enforcement sources tell us … “The allegations did not meet the elements of a crime” — and cops will not pursue the case because, “It’s a civil matter.”

We’re told Karas is meeting with attorneys to weigh his legal options. Calls to Flav’s people have not been returned. (via: TMZ)

During Tuesday nights game against the Spurs, Bryant did something that has ticked off the lesbian/gay community.

First, a summary for you. After a referee penalized him for a technical foul, Bryant was caught on camera—and live television—referring to him as a “f–king f—-t.”

“Discriminatory slurs have no place on or off the court,” Jarrett Barrios, president of gay media watchdog group GLAAD, said in a statement. “Professional sports players need to set a better example for young people who use words like this on the playground and in our schools, creating a climate of intolerance and hostility.”
Barrios also said the Lakers should “educate their fans about why this word is unacceptable.”

Bryant insists he meant no harm. “What I said last night should not be taken literally,” he said in s statement. “My actions were out of frustration during the heat of the game, period. The words expressed do NOT reflect my feelings towards the gay and lesbian communities and were NOT meant to offend anyone.”

Bryant didn’t exactly win over GLAAD.

“This statement is a start, but the NBA must now take action,” Barrios said. “No matter the intent, slurs like this fuel intolerance. The NBA has a chance to show leadership by taking disciplinary measures and sending a message that words like this have no place in sports. All sports leagues have a responsibility to create a safe environment for fans, employees and players.” (via: E!online)

Beck said he ultimately took on the daily Fox TV show because “I thought I had something important to share. I really thought if I could prove my case that something wicked this way was coming, something in America was wrong, America would listen. And they have. Telling a judge he was embarrassed, disgusted and ashamed, a former member of KC and the Sunshine Band has been sentenced in Ohio to seven years in prison for sex charges involving teen boys.

Bassist and music producer Richard Finch entered pleas of no contest in Licking County Common Pleas Court on Monday to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and several other charges.

His voice breaking, the 56-year-old Finch apologized to a judge and the teens, saying he had little memory of the activities because he was impaired by alcohol. (via: huffingtonpost)

The search for the three missing Skelton boys took an interesting turn today.

There is still no sign of the three missing boys from Morenci. Their father is now charged with parental kidnapping. John Skelton is being held in Toledo, and he told a judge on Wednesday he is fighting extradition back to Michigan.

John Skelton showed little emotion as he was wheeled into a Lucas County courtroom Wednesday morning. He appeared before Common Pleas Court Judge Gary Cook after being arrested on charges of parental kidnapping.

“Today, he was brought before the court for the purpose of seeing whether or not he would waive extradition. He refused to waive extradition,” said Assistant Lucas County Prosecutor Jeffrey Lingo.

Skelton’s booking documents show the 39-year-old was being treated at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo following his failed suicide attempt. Tuesday night, FBI agents showed up at his hospital room to arrest him. He was transported from the hospital to the Lucas County Jail where he remains locked up. (via: FOXDetriot)

Word broke yesterday that aspiring actor, Michael Brea, slashed his mother to death in their Brooklyn, New York home with a sword. According to the New York Daily News:

Neighbors of a Brooklyn woman savagely slashed to death by her deranged, sword-wielding son claim cops refused to enter her apartment early Tuesday despite their pleas.

When cops finally got inside the Prospect Heights home, they found Yannick Brea kneeling with fatal lacerations to her head in a blood-spattered bathroom.

The son, holding the three-foot sword and babbling about religion and repentance, was arrested in a nearby bedroom, police said.

“I could hear her groaning inside … She was still alive, but they wouldn’t go in,” said Clinton Clare, 52, who lived in the apartment below the Brea family.

Clare estimated police waited an hour before bursting into the apartment, where neighbors heard Michael Brea, 31, delivering a terrifying rant at his doomed mother.

“I heard a ‘Help me!’ shriek,” said Vernal Bent, 18, who lived in the apartment above. “Police kept knocking on the door. Knocking and knocking … All of us kept saying, ‘Open the door.’” (via: nydailynews.com)

Brea once appeared on TV series Ugly Betty. It was reported that Brea angrily screamed at his mother to “repent” before delivering the death blows.

Being an Apple fan boy and owning at least 3 black turtlenecks I was excited to see what Apple had to say today. As I do with every Apple announcement I am hitting Apple Key + R non stop to refresh the page to see what the newest and greatest is from these guys. There was a lot of hype on Monday on what the announcement might be. iOS 4.2? Verizon? Steve Jobs stepping down? Early reports said The Beatles and I was like yeah ok. When the clock stuck might night 10 AM there they were John,Paul,Ringo,and George standing on Apple.com with all their glory.

This was it? This was the announcement? Come on. All hype for nothing that great. Sorry Lauren.

On Tuesday, Steven Spader, a New Hampshire teen accused of killing a woman and severely injuring her daughter during a brutal home invasion, was found guilty of first degree murder and attempted murder. He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Spader, 19, was convicted of breaking into Kimberly Cates’ New Hampshire home and hacking her to death with a machete last year. Meanwhile, his friend, 19-year-old Christopher Gribble, repeatedly stabbed her 11-year-old daughter Jaimie as she tried to defend her mother. Jamie sustained serious injuries that required hours of surgery. Gribble has his court date in February.(via: modernmom.com)

The Minnesota Vikings officially placed disgruntled wide receiver Randy Moss on waivers Tuesday afternoon, NFL Network insider Jason LaCanfora confirmed.

Teams will now have until 4 p.m. ET Wednesday to make a claim. Moss is owed roughly $3 million in salary if he is claimed. If he goes unclaimed, then the Vikings are responsible for his full salary and the six-time Pro Bowl pick would become an unrestricted free agent eligible to sign with any club. (via: nfl.com)

Junior Seau is this week’s victim. And when I say victim, he really was a victim last week. He was arrested for domestic violence after an interview with his girlfriend who explained that after a fight, he got violent.  After he was released, he drove his car off a cliff in Carlsbad, California near his home.

Now, although he made a statement in January that he had played his final game, he never officially retired from the NFL. Does this mean he will make a Favre-like comeback? We all know how our site feels about Brett Favre.

Reports from the police say that Seau fell asleep behind the wheel of his car which caused him to crash. There were no reports of drugs or alcohol as being the reason for the crash. Arquette opened up to Howard Stern on his radio show saying.

I do believe her … I truly don’t think she ever had an affair,” he said, adding that if anything perhaps they formed an “emotional” bond.

“It breaks my heart,” Arquette, 39, said of their decision to separate, adding that he is “not the one that called this [separation] in order.” “I’ve been begging Courteney to get back with me,” he later added. “She’s conflicted too.”

He said that Cox had grown tired of his immaturity and that the two hadn’t had sex in four months.

“We’re not having sex, and I completely understand,” he said during the interview, according to Us magazine. “She’s in a place of wanting to be real and emotional. She’s an emotional being. She’s an amazing woman. If it doesn’t feel right, she doesn’t feel like bonding in that way.”

Cox, 46, wants him to grow up, he added.

U.S. District Judge Miriam Goldman Cedarbaum held her own on Tuesday morning when she told his attorney not to speak and sentenced this douche to life in prison. You tell ‘em Miriam! Faisal was granted citizenship a month prior to the attempted bombing and swore allegiance to our flag. You swore to us and didn’t mean it? Peyton Manning complained, the NFL listened and now the league is making additional tweaks to the umpire rule.

All 32 teams were told in a memo from the league Tuesday that the umpire will position himself 12 yards from the line of scrimmage when the ball is snapped instead of approximately 15 yards, which was used during the preseason. The umpires must now only get beyond the deepest running back — not established in position — before the ball can be snapped.

The changes should make it easier for teams to use the no-huddle offense. That should please Manning, who expressed his frustration after an Aug. 26 loss at Green Bay.

“The one [illegal snap] on me I thought was ridiculous, down there by the goal line when you’re snapping the ball to keep them from potentially getting a replay,” Manning said then. “Also, they [umpires] are unsettled. To throw a 5-yard penalty is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. So I think that’s one thing that will be re-evaluated — at least a do-over of some sort, or a warning. But a 5-yard penalty? That’s ridiculous.”

The league apparently agreed.

Officials will now have the discretion to issue a warning before enforcing the 5-yard penalty for an illegal snap. Clear violations, the memo said, will continue to be penalized without a warning.

Umpires also will continue to be positioned in the middle of the defense, their old position, during the final two minutes of the first half, the final five minutes of the game and when the offense is at, or inside, the opponent’s 5-yard line. The league made that change for last week’s preseason finales.

The memo also points out that the head linesman or line judge can signal when the ball can be snapped instead of having quarterbacks checking with referees, something that was changed after the league’s competition committee approved the new rule in March.

Please make up your mind. I am sick and tired of hearing about if you are or aren’t going to retire every dam season. I was quite excited that you were signed by the New York Jets two years ago, since I am a fan, and was sadly disappointed with how the season turned out. You just needed to go somewhere for one year until you could get to the Vikings. Did you really have to show that you didn’t care you were there every time you stepped out onto the field and played like crap? You should have at last tried to make it a good season.

I can’t stand the fact that before every season, the focus goes to you and your decision. Don’t open your mouth unless you know what your decision is, please.

Editors Note: I am a huge football fan, I’m not some girl who doesn’t know what she is talking about.

Many do not know him by name but Mark David Chapman is the person/animal who killed John Lennon. Chapman, 55, is serving a sentence of 20 years to life in prison for the shooting death of Lennon outside his New York City apartment on December 8, 1980. A few years ago Chapman, was up for parole but was denied “due to concern for the public safety and welfare.” Guess what? He is up for parole again and Yoko Ono wants it denied.

Well Duh!!!

He killed John Lennon. I honestly think for Mark’s well being and safety, he should stay in jail. Some crazy Beatles fan might try to have him killed.

Sorry Mark, I know you are sorry, but I think you should stay in jail and enjoy your time there.
