Man Moment: The J!-E!-T!-S! JETS! JETS!! JETS!!!
We here at Bachelor Bible are huge New York Jet fans. Yes, I said it the the Jets, who just a few years ago where 4-12. This past weekend, the Jets stormed a huge comeback with a minute left. Wait what….Yes! With 59 seconds left the Jets stormed downfield and won. I guess shaking hands with Mark Sanchez this pre-season gave them they luck they needed to win the game!

Man Moment: Jerricho Cotchery
Last week, Jerrico Cotchery of the New York Jets caught an amazing catch from Mark Sanchez in overtime against the Cleveland Browns. After getting injured, he still managed to make an great play which helped them eventually win the game. Great play guys.

Jennifer “Jenn” Lynette Sterger (born November 29, 1983 in Miami, Florida) is a model and television personality, and former online columnist for Sports Illustrated. In August 2008, the New York Jets hired her to be the “Gameday Host” for the team.
Sterger rose to fame after she was shown on national television during a 2005 Florida State–Miami football game.[2] On seeing the shot, announcer Brent Musburger commented that “1,500 red-blooded Americans just decided to apply to Florida State.”[2] She was one of the FSU Cowgirls, who are known for their combination of minimal tops, short shorts, and cowboy hats. She has since posed in both Maxim and Playboy magazines. Sterger is also the “Sports Babe” for Sprint Exclusive Entertainment. Sterger was featured on the E!: Entertainment Television show Byte Me: 20 Hottest Women of the Web that originally aired in March 2008, where she was #19 on their list.
In 2009, Sterger had her breast implants removed, stating that they had served their purpose and that she was tired of being stereotyped. [3]
Sterger has minor roles in two films scheduled to be released in 2010, The Tenant and Don’t Fade Away.
In October 2010, reports surfaced that NFL quarterback Brett Favre had sent Sterger several suggestive text messages, voicemails and explicit photos of himself when he was the quarterback for the New York Jets and she was a sideline reporter for the Jets. (via: wikipedia.com)

Americas Favorite Quarterback Isn’t So Innocent.
The man, the myth, the legend, Brett Favre, isn’t the all American quarter back he seems to be. An investigation is underway because supposedly he sent former New York Jets’ sideline reporter, Jenn Sterger, explicit photographs and text messages. (Editors Note: She says it was of his member!!)
The allegations initially surfaced earlier in the year following a DeadSpin.com report but is now on a fast-track from the NFL. If the allegations turn out to be true, it will fall under an umbrella of the NFLs code of conduct and could face fines and or a suspension.
The New York Jets organization has signed Jenn Sterger to a one-day contract and has made her their captain. Why do this? So she can go out for the coin-toss before the game starts and stare Brett Favre in the face. When asked about the decision, Rex Ryan said, “Obviously we think Jenn can bring a lot to our offense on Monday night. No, I’m just screwing with you guys, we signed her and made her a captain so that she could go out for the coin toss and get one good look into Favre’s eyes.”

5 Things You Might Have Missed This Weekend
Welcome to this Mondays post with what you missed this weekend.
Yankees: After losing two games to Boston, the Yankees finally pulled out a win over the Boston Red Socks. How you might ask? Bases loaded, Bottom of the 10, tied 3-3 and Okajimi decided to walk in Miranda. That my friends might be the best game of the year for the Yankees.
Jets: The Jets needed this win over the Miami Dolphins to take their division and came through with a big win. What a game! Did anyone see the hit on Ronnie Brown by David Harris? If anyone can find the video of that, post it in the comments. I’d like to see it again.

Braylon Edwards Loves His Alcohol: UPDATED!!
I think Jamie Foxx said it best when he said, “Blame it on the a a a a a alcohol.” Well, Braylon Edwars of the J-E-T-S proved that point this morning when he was arrested for DUI. According to reports, he blew a .16 on the breathalyzer. That is double New York’s legal limit! I’m sorry you might have an awesome crazy looking beard, but that gives you no reason to be a jerk. Are you upset that Rex Ryan didn’t give you a game ball? Are you upset because he called you out for taunting? Your driving drunk puts peoples lives at risk. You make enough money that your lazy ass could have call a cab or even Mark Sanchez for a ride home. I feel no remorse for you if the J-E-T-S cut you next season. I hope you get what’s coming to you, even though I’m a J-E-T-S fan.
Remember Kids, Driving Drunk Is Not Cool Even If You Are A Jet.
Teammates D’Brickashaw Ferguson and Vernon Gohlston, both former No. 1 picks of the Jets, were in the car when Edwards was arrested this morning. SNY-TV, WFAN Radio and the Daily News have all reported that both were in the car with Edwards.
At some point in the night, Edwards was at a charity event put together by teammate Jerricho Cothcery, Cotchery told WFAN radio this morning.
This picture of Edwards with two drinks in front of him is posted on Twitter.
Neither Ferguson nor Gholston were taken into police custody.
The NFL has not commented on the situation, but, given the recent history of the league, a suspension could be looming. According to The New York Post, Edwards will likely not play this Sunday at Miami.
At least one unnamed teammate of said he was “disappointed but not surprised” at Edwards’ behavior. (via: www.silive.com)

THIS GUY SUCKS: Tom Brady
How I despise you Tom Brady. Not only because I am a die-hard New York Jet fan, but you have the one of the biggest mouths in the NFL. What aggravates me about you the most is that during a game, you keep your lousy mouth shut. All your trash talk is in the press. At least Ochocinco backs his trash talk up when he is on the field.
In an interview with Brady on Boston sports radio when he was asked if he has been watching Hard Knocks on HBO. “Honestly, I haven’t turned it on,” Brady said. “I hate the Jets, so I refuse to support that show. I’m sure it’s great TV. I’m glad people are liking it. But that’s just something that I have no interest in watching. I’d love to say a lot of mean things, but I’d rather not do that, either.”

Did you see that hit?
The hosts of Monday Night Football this week was a pre-season match up between the New York Jets and New York Giants. They were unveiling to the world their new stadium, New Meadowlands Stadium, that they both share. I had the pleasure of attending the game since I am a Jet season ticket holder. During the second quarter, Eli Manning took an awful hit due to Brandon Jacobs running into him and messing up the play. As a result, Eli was taken out of the game and needed 12 stitches.
